Using SPICE Models is the industry standard way to simulate circuit performance prior to the prototype stage as an additional step of testing to ensure that your circuit works properly before investing in prototype development.
The models provided here were developed (or revised) using WinSpice, a port of Berkeley Spice3F4 to Win32, and should be compatible with most SPICE2 or SPICE3-based circuit simulators (such as PSPICE).
