The SP4020 Series TVS Diode Arrays can safely provide up to 30A protection against lightning induced surges and up to 750W of power handling capability. This revolutionary design offers 2x the power handling capability of alternative solutions, and yields a 16% improvement in low loading capacitance (2.5pF TYP) than competitive products. Ideal for protecting telecommunications interfaces and other high-speed data interfaces without sacrificing signal integrity.
